In short, We work "backwards" to other agencies. We have the Tenant, Blue Chip Corporate Companies and not Mickey mouse companies – we don’t want to waste yours / our time with their nonsense, we all have better things to do with our time. We know exactly what our clients are looking for and what the company budget is. We then go out and find it. We’re not in the business of looking for property and then hopping to find a Tenant / Buyer by luck.

We' want to exceed your expectations in every way possible and gain your loyalty and your referrals. Throughout the lease, if you have any problem you can contact us and will do whatever we can, as soon as we can in order to keep you both happy (no extra cost to you). We look after the Japanese community 250 families in JHB alone - referrals available, We were even sent to Durban to find property for them there.

As far as Landlords are concerned we have worked with the developer of The Emperor on West Road South(Sandton), Radisson, Radisson-Blu, 15 on Orange (Cape Town) , one of the developers in The Regent , West Road South. We just placed a Tenant this month, 85K per month paid a year upfront and security deposit, many more available on request.

At the moment, we're in desperate need for properties, Hi end Apartments, 3+ Beds Clusters or secure houses in Bryanston East, Sandhurst, Hyde Park, Atholl, Inanda, Hurlingham, Sandton and surrounding areas, priced between 25K - 90K per month - all long term leases (1 to 4years) depending on what works for you.
